Opaque is a light-blocking layer that creates an opaque panel and comes in 14 neutral tones. Add Opaque to panels when there is a need for privacy or substrate concealment.

Add-On Specifications

Décors

Opaque is appropriate for all décors in every Lumicor collection. Choose from over 250 décors in an endless number of combinations.

Resins

All opaques can be used with Lumiclear™. Dove, latte, and Black Opaque must be encapsulated when forming. Lumiform™ options are Dove, Latte, White, Antique White, Pepperdust, Cameo and Black. Cloud White can be used with Lumishield™.

Finishes & Add-Ons

A Satin finish is recommended for use with Opaque. Frost finish is not available. Opaque may be used with ChemShield™.

Sizes

Marker Board may be added to these sheet sizes:

48″ x 96″ (1219 x 2438 mm)
48″ x 120″ (1219 x 3048 mm)

Gauges

Opaque may be added to any available gauge of Lumicor panels, from 1/16″ to 1″ (1.5 mm – 24 mm) and adds panel thickness from .001″-.020″.

Fabrications

Sheets with Opaque may be cut, formed and finished. All standard forms of fabrication may be used.
